Weight Loss Soup

Our weight loss soup recipe is hearty, and packed with protein to keep you full all day long. 3-5 Servings 1 Tsp Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Diced Yellow Onion 1 Cup Of Chopped Celery 2 Diced Carrots 5 Cups Of Cabbage

4-6 Mushrooms Chopped 3 Cloves Of Garlic 1 Small Block Of Smoked Tofu 2 Cups Of Green Lentils 1 Tsp Turmeric

1 Tsp Cayenne 1 Tsp Ginger 1 Tsp Salt Step One: Preheat your pot on a low-medium heat with a touch of olive oil in it. Chop up your all of your veggies and add them to your pot Step Two: Once your veggies are aromatic, add your tofu and green lentils with 4-5 cups of water. Step Three: Add your spices. Step Four: Your soup will be done when the lentils are fully cooked. You can thank me later.
