6 steps to achieve the perfect bedtime routine.

  1. Put your phone down. We all know the effects blue light has on our circadian rhythm. So, we tested it out ourselves. Putting your phone down 90 minutes before your ideal bedtime and picking up a book instead, has a huge positive impact of the quality of sleep we were getting. Blue light exposure can make falling asleep, and staying asleep much more difficult as it interrupts your natural sleep cycle. Try it for a week, we promise you will see results.

  2. Open a window Sleeping in a cooler environment can help promote a deeper nights sleep with so many additional benefits. Obviously, it reduces the risk of night sweats but it can also help you fall asleep better while improving your immune system functionality, thus increasing your energy levels through out the day.

  3. Set the mood Turn down those lights, put on some calming music, and use your favorite relaxing pillow mist. (We recommend the luxurious comforting smell of lavender and sandalwood.) After consistently establishing and adhering to your nightly routine, your body will naturally respond, entering a tranquil and relaxed state. Pick out your pillow mist here

  4. Your hygiene rituals Establish a consistent pre-sleep hygiene routine, including brushing your teeth, washing your face, and any other personal grooming habits that signal to your body that it's time to wind down. Everyone's skincare regiment is custom to their unique needs, but one thing we think everyone can get behind is an Eco-Friendly Cleansing Kit. Consciously created from organic cotton and bamboo, these luxuriously soft cleansing rounds and cloth are kind on your skin & the environment by replacing disposable cotton rounds and makeup wipes. 5. Maintenance Maintain a consistent bedtime and wake-up time, even on weekends, to regulate your body's internal clock and enhance the overall quality of your sleep. Of course this isn't always possible, you need to get out and enjoy life to it's fullest! But when you can, stick to your bedtime routine, we promise it'll become one of the most beautiful parts of your day.

  6. Magnesium sleep spray Studies believe magnesium may promote better sleep in various ways, such as reducing the stress hormone cortisol, increasing a sleep-promoting hormone called melatonin, and helping to regulate neurotransmitters for the central nervous system.
